Providing development advice, whether to developers, investors or owner occupiers requires detailed knowledge of the local law, political situation and the players in the market. Site and building analysis


The development of rational and coherent development and investment strategies requires a full understanding of the client and detailed analysis of their existing portfolios of occupied and/or investment properties as well as the subject site and building. With techniques and tools developed over three decades we are able to provide clients with the means to develop and implement appropriate and evolving strategies to meet their specific needs and targets. Project management


The management of the development process, whether for a new build, renovation or an interior design project requires a well organised and client oriented approach to ensure each project is delivered on time, to cost and ensuring the Client’s interest is foremost at all times. 

We have both the skills and have developed detailed tools that enable us to provide clients with a highly polished service in all respects.


Financing


Many investors and developers want to buy, develop or extend property with a mix of equity and debt. Existing owners may need to refinance or want to take advantage of lower rates. We are able to source and negotiate optimal terms to match client needs.

Securitisation and specialist appraisal services


Over the last 25 years we have developed and delivered a mix of appraisal services and solutions to public and private sector clients that have included the writing of sophisticated algorithms for either specific projects or broader application.
