We undertake various aspects of due diligence, including:

Clients increasingly want to know how their real estate assets are performing in both absolute and relative terms. We have developed detailed tools that enable us to provide clients with this information against a variety of benchmarks. With this they are able to see how their assets perform against competitors as well as market averages, by property, groups of properties, and portfolio , whether for costs, values or other metrics



Securitisation and specialist appraisal services


Over the last 30 years we have developed and delivered a mix of appraisal services and solutions to public and private sector clients that have included the writing of sophisticated algorithms for either specific projects or broader application. Amongst other skills we have proven capabilities in:
